Saturday, April 10th, 2010right now my hair is a medium brown color,and it is fairly long,a few inches past my shoulders..I want to dye it all a nice light blonde.Then i want to get bright purple hair extensions put underneath,so the color doesnt fade and it will always look healthy,plus it wont damage my hair.I was wondering,how exactly do they do hair extentions?Also,i plan to go to a salon,most likely JC Penney salon.How much will this cost? And if you could,mayb e you can give me some nice hair links. Thanks =D
