Well I got this for my girlfriend as a surprise present. She tried out the blow dryer and at first was amazed at how hard the dryer blew and how hot it was. She wasnt used to that with the normal conventional ones with different settings. But now its been a few months and she uses it at home as her default dryer. The flat iron on the other hand she used maybe once. She has a full sized Chi and its much faster and efficient for doing her hair. It takes a very long time to get warm and then takes a long time to do the hair because its so small. But its still better than other flat irons. Would give 5 stars, but its just too slow.

THE FLAT IRON HURTS YOUR HANDS CAUSE ITS GOT GROOVES IN THE HANDLE NOT TO MENTION IT GETS EXTREMELY HOT!!! WILL BURN YOUR FINGERS. THE BLOWDRYER I HAD MESSED UP WITHIN 2MONTHS OF USE!!! NOT GOOD COMBO!

The flat iron works really well for a travel sized. The hair dryer, however, does not. It doesn’t blow very hard at all. It take a really long time to dry my hair.

Worked pretty well, didn’t have a whole lot of power but I don’t need much for my hair. Then, five months later, it died. I thought that buying a more “premium” brand might mean that it’d be built better and last longer, but alas, it blew up and started smoking.

chi is a well known ,great product,this little flat iron was not what i expected. . i cannot control the temp,and at times it was too cool to do my hair. . but for the cost,got a hair dryer ,flat iron,bag and products . . pretty good deal
